Can I style my human hair wig?
Yes! Our human hair wigs can be curled, straightened, blow-dried, and styled just like natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to maintain the wig's longevity.

Do you accept custom wig orders?
Yes! We specialise in custom-made wigs. You can choose your preferred hair type, length, density, lace, cap size, colour, and styling to create a wig that's uniquely yours.
How long will my wig last? and How often should I wash my wig?
With proper care and maintenance, a high-quality human hair wig can last one to three years or even longer, depending on how often it is worn and how well it is cared for.
We recommend washing your wig every 10–15 wears, or sooner if there is significant product build-up. Use sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner specifically designed for human hair.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return my wig?
Due to hygiene reasons, customised wigs and worn wigs cannot be returned. If your wig arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
